Refund & Cancellation Policy

Setup fees

All setup fees for RightAI services are non refundable. These fees cover the initial configuration, customisation, and onboarding of your AI receptionist service.

Monthly subscriptions

RightAI services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial months or unused service periods. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the following month, and your access to the service will end at the close of your current billing cycle.

Exceptional circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or proven billing errors. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 14 days of the charge.
